Janet L. Hoffman Loan Assistance Repayment Program (LARP) - The Janet L. Maryland Loan Assistance Repayment Program for Police Officers (MLARP Police Officers) - The Maryland Loan Assistance Repayment Program for Police Officers is to provide state assistance in the repayment of educational loans to individuals in eligible law enforcement fields serving the state of Maryland.
