Educational Objectives: <br> <br>a. Students will develop expertise in aircraft maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair procedures, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and industry standards. <br> <br>b. Students will apply leadership and management principles in aviation maintenance operations, focusing on safety, logistics, and workforce management. <br> <br>c. Students will demonstrate an understanding of aviation safety protocols, human factors, and risk management strategies to improve aircraft maintenance efficiency and safety. <br> <br>d. Students will integrate technical knowledge of aircraft systems, avionics, and propulsion systems into maintenance and repair practices. <br> <br>e. Students will exhibit professionalism, ethical decision-making, and regulatory compliance in aviation maintenance environments. <br> <br>f. Students will analyze and implement emerging technologies in aviation maintenance, including predictive maintenance, digital diagnostics, and automation. <br> <br>g. Students will be prepared to obtain FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&amp;P) certification, ensuring their ability to work as licensed aircraft maintenance technicians. |
