| Urban Education Leadership Program Description |
| This degree will offer an option to education students focused on research and policy careers and will be offered along with the current EdD in Urban Education Leadership. This degree will not only prepare them for positions in urban education, but it will give them first-hand experience in leadership and governance, decision-making, strategic planning, teaching and learning, student success, and, most importantly, research. <br>Developing new researchers in the field of urban education focused on the elimination of educational disparities is crucial for the field. |
