The Maryland Higher Education Commission’s Office of Outreach and Grants Management develops programs and publishes funding opportunities that support Maryland’s postsecondary education plan. Funding opportunities through this office are available to community partners, including public and private institutions of higher education, nonprofit organizations, and other eligible entities. These opportunities are supported through state, special, and/or federal funding.
