Cloud Computing Transfer Program Description |
The Cloud Computing Transfer, A.S. program provides a solid information technology foundation for those students transferring to four-year colleges and universities to pursue
a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in cloud engineering. Cloud computing is a type of computing technology that relies on sharing computing resources owned by third-party companies. These resources are made available to individual subscribers, usually at a lower cost than purchasing the resources. Cloud computing allows subscribers to utilize resources to build infrastructure, platforms, and software applications in a secure
environment. It also allows companies to establish private cloud environments to support employees’ access to company resources from anywhere at any time. This program builds on the collaboration with industry leaders such as the Amazon Web Services Academy (AWS) curriculum and Microsoft Azure. |
