Construction Mangement and Real Estate Development to include an AoC in Real Estate Development Program Description
A total of 120 credits is required for students that choose to complete the program with the Real Estate Development concentration. The program requires 49 program core credits <br>(including 28 credits of studio courses). The Real Estate Development concentration will include 24 credits in the concentration, and one 2+ credit free elective (any 2+ credit <br>course offered at the University). As is the case with all undergraduate programs at Loyola, all students are required to complete 45 credits in the University’s Core Curriculum.
