Major Learning Objectives: <br> <br>Students will be able to: <br> <br>• Demonstrate abilities to analyze Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Systems challenges needed to develop efficient buildings. <br> <br>• Demonstrate abilities to analyze challenges of climate change to building design and to develop solutions. <br> <br>• Make construction and staffing decisions based on equity and justice principles. <br> <br>• Manage the construction of buildings requirements utilizing sustainable practices and having a positive sustainable impact on the environment. <br> <br>• Exhibit knowledge of how to set goals, plan, and motivate others toward achieving efficient building construction. <br> <br>• Demonstrate appropriate skills required for project management and implementation of construction projects.
