| The Master of Science (M.S.) in Integrative Health and Wellness Leadership will include: <br> <br>1. Use knowledge of health and wellness program development and management to assess community and individual needs, develop client-/patient-appropriate programs, and lead change to ensure quality improvement. <br>2. Demonstrate knowledge of health and wellness to promote well-being and engage communities through outreach. <br> <br>3. Use motivational interviewing and behavioral modification coaching to guide individuals based on their health risk assessments. <br> <br>4. Promote and advocate for health equity and lifestyle changes based on knowledge of the social determinants of health. <br> <br>5.
