| Learning Outcomes <br>1. Develop and Conduct Comprehensive Evaluations: Graduates will demonstrate the <br>ability to create systematic evaluation plans that incorporate appropriate methodologies <br>and stakeholder perspectives while refining their skills to analyze and conduct complex <br>evaluations in real-world contexts. <br>2. Design and Validate Measurement Instruments: Graduates will acquire the skills <br>necessary to design, pilot, and validate measurement instruments, ensuring reliability <br>and validity, and create tailored tools suited to specific research and evaluation needs. <br>3. Visualize and Communicate Data Findings: Students will learn to apply data <br>visualization techniques and reporting strategies to translate complex evaluation findings <br>into accessible formats, enhancing clarity and influencing decision-making for diverse <br>audiences. <br>The 12-credit hour program seeks to enroll 0 part and 0 full-time students in its initial <br>year and projects enrollment of 3 part-time students by its third year. <br>Note: Year 1 is a planning year and generates no revenue. This enrollment projection <br>model for the new graduate certificate program anticipates enrollment will be one-fifth <br>the level of the proposed MS in Research and Evaluation Methods. <br>Note: Year -2 is designated as a planning year for developing the program. Year 2 is <br>unlikely to have any matriculated students with the master’s program enrolling its first <br>cohort at that time. Yr 3 will be the first year that students are expected to enroll in the <br>program, with a launch date of Fall 2027. |
