| The Master of Arts (M.A.) in Technology and Policy Program Learning Outcomes are as follows: <br>1. Identify emerging technologies and data science tools used to evaluate their output. <br> <br>2. Apply technological tools and analytical methodologies to design, implement, and evaluate evidence-based policies, producing data-driven policy insights. <br> <br>4. Analyze insights from across disciplines with technical experts and policy stakeholders to address global challenges, while promoting sustainable technological advancements. <br> <br>5. Critically assess how emerging technologies develop across different national contexts and apply this knowledge to geopolitical trends while identifying ethical dilemmas and <br>advocating responsible, equitable solutions. <br> <br>6. Design and deliver data-driven policies to enhance infrastructure and data governance against challenges from emerging technologies, while upholding human rights and <br>democratic values in the digital age through compelling written and verbal format to diverse audiences in the public and private sector. |
