Instructional Design & Technology Program Description |
The new undergraduate degree program in Instructional Design and Technology {IDT) will be a 120-credit degree program derived from existing graduate coursework focused on instructional design and technology and enhanced with multidisciplinary coursework in undergraduate studies including courses from the fine arts, communications, project management, entrepreneurship, and data analytics. The program will be delivered in both an in-person and online learning modality, based upon student needs (i.e., traditional undergraduate, adult undergraduate) and course content (i.e., IDED 320 E-Learning). The undergraduate IDT program, delivered through the School of Education, is designed to prepare students as multidisciplinary professionals who thrive in a variety of user-centered fields, including instructional design, web design, training and education, and graphic design, across industries. Graduates of the IDT program will leave with a portfolio of work and practical experience. |
