*The MDCAPS account holder must be present during the appointment. If a parent or third party schedules on behalf of a student/account holder, a FERPA release form must be on file prior to the start of the meeting. 

Please note OSFA staff will not be able to assist unless the account holder is present.

How It Works

  2. Receive a confirmation email with your meeting link.
  3. Join your session at the scheduled time. Reschedule anytime using the confirmation email or by clicking the link above.

  • Application steps, documentation, and deadlines
  • Award status, certification, and appeals
  • Service obligation and repayment questions

Before Your Appointment

  • Your MHEC/MDSIS or MDCAPS ID (if available)
  • Most recent FAFSA or MSFAA confirmation
  • Residency or income documentation, if requested
  • Emails or letters received from OSFA or your institution
