  • Howard P. Rawlings Guaranteed Access (GA) Grant
    The Howard P. Rawlings Guaranteed Access (GA) Grant provides postsecondary financial assistance to eligible students currently enrolled as high school seniors who will complete a college preparatory program or a student who graduated prior to the current academic year who provides written documentation explaining why they were unable to attend college within one (1) year of graduating from high school.

  • Howard P. Rawlings Educational Assistance (EA) Grant
    The Howard P. Rawlings Educational Assistance (EA) Grant provides postsecondary financial assistance to eligible students currently enrolled as high school seniors who will complete a college preparatory program or a student who graduated prior to the current academic year who provides written documentation explaining why they were unable to attend college within one (1) year of graduating from high school.

  • Howard P. Rawlings Campus Based Educational Assistance Grant
    The Howard P. Rawlings Campus Based Educational Assistance Grant (CBEAG) program is a need-based financial aid program that is designed to financially assist students that were not considered for the Howard P. Rawlings Educational Assistance Grant due to not filing his/her Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by the Maryland state deadline of March 1st. The CBEAG program is a state-funded program which allocates funds to participating institutions each academic year to select and award students that are qualified for the CBEAG award.

  • Part-Time Grant
    This grant is for part-time, degree-seeking undergraduates and students dually enrolled in a Maryland high school and an institution of higher education.

  • Workforce Shortage Student Assistance Grant Program
    The Workforce Shortage Student Assistance Grant (WSSAG) Program is for students who plan to work in specific career/occupational programs upon graduation. Eligible fields include child care, human services, teaching, nursing, physical and occupational therapy, social work, and public service.

  • Jack F. Tolbert Memorial Student Grant Program
    The Jack F. Tolbert Memorial Student Grant Program is for students attending or who plan to attend a private career school.
