Update on the Status of the MDCAPS System and 2024-2025 Howard P. Rawlings Educational Excellence Awards Program Awarding

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce that system updates have been completed in the MDCAPS portal. You may now login to resume your MDCAPS processes.

Please be aware, due to the recent system maintenance, MHEC was delayed in awarding the Howard P. Rawlings Educational Excellence Awards funds for the 2024-2025 academic year. MHEC has now restarted the awarding process. Award notifications will be sent out to students within 24 hours after they are awarded.
