Access to Mental Health Advisory Committee

The Access to Mental Health Advisory Committee was established by the General Assembly. The Committee shall meet six times per year to study the policies and procedures adopted by institutions regarding access to mental health care; examine the challenges for institutions in meeting demand for mental health services; review best practices in providing mental health services to students; identify concerns in rural areas and workforce shortage areas; and make recommendations related to serving students' mental health needs.
