What & Why:

The Maryland Higher Education Commission Student Advisory Council was created in 1988, in response to a legislative directive. Its purpose is to advise the Maryland Higher Education Commission (MHEC) on the concerns, perspectives, and experiences of students attending Maryland institutions.
